"Take it from me, Rio Tinto's great.
Everyone’s here with the same aim. We're all really passionate about our work. We're all focused on getting ahead in life.
With everyone wanting to reach for bigger and better opportunities - the working environment is inspiring, but very friendly."

"So what does a graduate like you get at Rio Tinto?
Training and support and most importantly I reckon, on the job learning. That means when problems arise, you need to come up with solutions and ways to resolve issues on the spot!
Sure it feels very challenging. But it's also very rewarding when you get it right."
