What is GradConnection?
GradConnection is a site created by 3 recent graduates to make life easier for students looking for their first graduate job. You can search and research Australia's best graduate programs through GradConnection. Gradconnection aims to provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision about which employers are most relevant to you and which ones you decide to apply to.
You can sign up for a GradConnection account, and tell us what you would like us to alert you about. We will then send you relevant and customised emails to make sure you know exactly when you need to apply to your favourite employers. We are like your own personal secretary O_o
How does the site work?
The GradConnection site is designed to connect graduates with the top employers in Australia. Our graduate job search is available at http://www.gradconnection.com.au/graduate-jobs/. It allows you you calculate which graduate employers are most relevant to you based on things such as industry, location, citizenship status, grade average and what you are looking for in your ideal employer.
It is the same process if you are seeking an Internship, Cadetship, Scholarship or Clerkship, simply follow the following links and apply the same process:

What is an Industry Alert?
If you add an industry alert such as Accounting to your account you will be emailed every time opportunities open or close for applicaitons in the accounting industry.
What is an Employer Alert?
If you add a specific employer alert, you will be emailed every time an opportunity at this employer opens for applications. These are great if you have a specific employer you really want to work for.
What is a Graduate Program?
GradConnection specialises in marketing large graduate programs to students. A graduate program is usually a program put on by a large company for a varying number of graduates. These programs can last anywhere between 6 months and 3 years, however they generally are 12 months long. After a graduate completes a graduate program, they usually secure a full time job as an experienced employee.
Graduate programs are paying jobs, and can vary in size dramatically. The large accounting firms and large banks hire hundreds of graduates a year into their program, other employers may only hire a few per year.
Graduate programs are a great way to launch your career, and are the perfect way to transition from university life into the workforce.
How do I advertise on GradConnection?
GradConnection specialises in advertising graduate programs, which means when advertising through on site, you sign up on GradConnection for an entire year during which your profile will be displayed, whether the program/s are open or not.
