If you've completed a degree in Engineering then we're the team for you. We have challenging opportunities for graduates to apply their passion for design, analysis, problem-solving and team work to chemical, electrical, mechanical & mining engineering.
You won't be paper shuffling with us! You'll be out on site, learning from expert colleagues and possibly even supervising others! Your work will be demanding yet rewarding as you contribute to process and product improvement, product engineering, maintenance, logistics and operations, manufacturing, systems control, safety and quality assurance.
During your three-year graduate employment program you'll be rotated every 12-18 months to work in different roles, either on the same project or across multiple projects in locations aroundf Australia that could include Whyalla (SA), Newcastle, Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne. As our team works across both the mining and manufacturing industries, you've got a stellar opportunity to fast track your development into a senior engineering leader.
At the conclusion of your graduate program, you'll step into a supervisory or senior contributor role that matches your talents and your ambitions.


We're out to find engineers with great technical aptitude, an equally good knack for working with people, super analytical skills and a commitment to working safely. If your engineering degree is relevant to chemical, electrical, mechanical or mining engineering - and you're friendly, hard working and have a down to earth attitude - you could be the superhero we're looking for.
Importantly, you'll need to have graduated from your degree January 2010.You'll also need less than two years full-time work experience.
