

Traditionally known as 'Human Resources (HR)' our People & Culture (P&C) function is dedicated to helping employees achieve their dreams. We deliver some services directly to employees but we also work with a range of people across the organisation who provide specialised advice or expertise in other aspects of people management. Over the course of the 2 year graduate program you’ll undertake 4x 6month rotations in areas such as:
The program provides our graduates with tailored developmental opportunities from a strategic HR view as well as on an individual development level. We provide you with a comprehensive induction and a buddy and mentoring program as well as the opportunity to gain a holistic understanding of the HR business and meet other graduates and senior business leaders. The program includes technical HR training as well as individual development training such as compliance, leadership and presentation skills.
