Our Graduate Program
We are searching for a select number of Accounting/Finance graduates to join our Finance & Commercial Graduate Program. Designed to ENGAGE and INSPIRE you, our program will STIMULATE your mind, STRETCH your imagination and put into practice all that you have learned with exposure across the entire CCA business. You’ll undertake four rotations in key business areas over a 2 year program with exposure to Commercial Management, Financial Accounting and Planning & Analysis. We’ll CHALLENGE you to drive business outcomes and provide commercial support and analysis to key decision makers. Your INSIGHTS will help improve business processes and drive outstanding financial results.

We SUPPORT our graduates with the completion of their CPA or CA qualification, whilst getting extensive on the job training, mentoring from industry leaders, building commercial acumen and developing analytical skills with ‘real job’ experience. The program includes EXTENSIVE LEARNING and DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES, and a dedicated mentor and buddy to support you throughout the program.
