Engineering
Engineering is the core function that enables BP to develop, operate and improve production. Engineering roles include:
- Mechanical engineering
- Electrical engineering (Instrumentation, Control & electrical engineering)
- Chemical engineering
These roles are primarily located at our refineries in Kwinana (WA) and Bulwer (Queensland) where you are part of a team who are committed to assisting you develop your engineering skills and experience. Whether you take a technical specialist career path, or move into more of a general business or leadership role down the track, the choice is ultimately yours.

Training and Development
