I have moved in to most of the areas in melbourne and even on many job sites....there is one thing i found everybody needs experience even for the interns....if no one is ready to offer the job than how am i going to ge the experience... nobody is ready to take overseas pharmacist...even if i ask for intern job....i am qualified for the job...i passed the apec stage 1 exam and still i have found really tough to get one...job agencies also dont help with the intern jobs....

Hi,

I don't know much about the pharmacy industry, but your issue sounds similar to what other interns and graduates experience in other industries. Because you are just starting out, I don't think there is much chance of getting help from recruitment agencies, there are a few out there that are good, but since they generally get paid commission on salaries, graduates and interns are not their priority.

All I can advise is to keep trying, there will be a job out their suited to you, especially as the economy improved but I do not know enough about this industry to help out.
