You can definitely apply for our roles if you have finished your studies in 2008. They are designed for fresh graduates as well as young professionals. Our objective is that you develop superior skills in sales and business development before we can promote you into management.

Unfortunately we don't offer any internships or vacation work as we are still in the relatively small in Australia. However, we do recruit regularly throughout the year and so are likely to have an interview round when you finish.

What do you specifically look for in the applications from the job seekers. Any previous sales experiences or the way of answering the job specific questions. What are the tips to be successful in getting the applications short listed in the initial process and in the interviews.

Traditionally our roles are for people who are looking to start their career and build upon the foundations they learned during their degree. I can't say whether or not we are able to take you on for a 12 month period without knowing more about your situation. When we assess candidates, we are looking for certain things: management potential, communication skills, drive and stamina, interpersonal skills, business intelligence, and a team player. I would suggest thinking of different experiences where you have demonstrated and developed these skills, and mention them in your cover letter. In your resume, don't focus solely on your academic achievements, but include your part time job, any hobbies or societies that you were a part of, and any area where you had responsibility for planning/organising. Through this, you will demonstrate to us that you are a well-rounded individual who is able to work towards deadlines, multi-task and establish great relationships.

We also want people who want our job. This may sound silly, but for any application you submit you should always convince the HR Manager that this is the perfect job for you. For us, this means that you are excited about a career in sales, business development and people management.

If you are able to include the above points in your application, then you will definitely stand out from the crowds!
